UNLV's student recreation center has great resources and classes. As a student the gym is included in your fees. They have a variety of classes from yoga to aquatic zumba.  

Hatha Yoga is perfect for those who are interested in yoga, but do not have the experience yet. Check on this website to join one of the largest yoga classes in Vegas. 

Restorative yoga can be great for anyone with everyday stressors in life. Here are videos to help you experience the full benefits from restorative yoga within the comfort of your own home.
